"The worst Home Owners Insurance provider in Missouri by far. Nothing against Susan personally, just over all company policies on claim resolution and coverage. When you need your insurance the most they will drop the ball on you."

"I was always trying to chase the cheapest rates when it came to our home & auto insurance. It made me feel better to pay out less every month, even if dealing with any sort of claim caused me extreme anxiety because of the hassle it took. Then, I found Hadley, at Maureen Darby’s office! After experiencing the customer service and ease that they provide, I stopped searching for “cheaper” insurance. Hadley, and everyone else in Maureen’s office is worth every cent! I never worry if we’ll be taken care of when an issue arises. They are literally just a text message away. We have worked through adding/changing vehicles, changing coverage, and even dealing with accidents all through text. It seriously couldn’t be any easier and with my busy schedule, this is a feature I absolutely love! I’ve been with Maureen’s office for a few years now, and I have no interest in leaving. If you’re looking for a new insurance company, you should definitely give Maureen Darby’s office an opportunity to show you what they can do for you."
